Mora County Criminal History is a public-reference resource for New Mexico records. It is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency.
1. What This Website Is
This private reference site operates independently of government. It does not store official files, retrieve a record, conduct an agency check, or submit documents for a visitor.
Its role is to identify custodians such as the Mora County Sheriff, New Mexico courts, the New Mexico Department of Public Safety central repository, and the New Mexico DPS Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also connect visitors to independent search tools.
Government-record access remains subject to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, Sections 14-2-1 through 14-2-12 NMSA 1978. Access to a person's state arrest information follows Section 29-10-6 NMSA 1978 and the Department of Public Safety subject-review process.
